verbal harrassment

my mom had some company over to visit.And he was parked in the wrong spot.He moved the car.The next day the manager was threating him.She told him she had people coming to take care of him.And stated to involve where she was from.Can we sue?

You might want to inform the OWNER (not the manager) in writing of the threats of physical violence by the manager. Tell the owner that it's interfering with your quiet enjoyment of the rental property and therefore a violation of the lease. See what the owner says or does.
