Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

Vindictive repossesion

My wife is a member of a small town credit Union which I joined and transfered my car loan to.

I lost my job and we fell behind.

an agressive credit union employee begain harassing my wife at work making threats. Also took unathorized fund from our checking to pay past due.

We sold my wifes car, paid it off,two weeks later two drunk repo guys show up at at our home at 4:00am and remove my belongings and demand the key.Which I gave.

I have been very outspoken regarding credit unions unscupulious practices and they have reacted nasty towards me every time.

I realize the vehical is gone (dispite only owing $9000. and low blue book $11,900.00 )

Any recourse to prevent additional fees? is this a Breach of Peace?

You didn't make the payments, and your car got repo'd. Is there a question here?
