Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
My wife was flipped off by a lady that wanted her parking spot. My wife came home very sad. I didn't have many comforting words for her. All I thought was revenge. But I know there's a better way to handle these situations. What should i do if someone gives me the finger?

Giving someone the finger is legal. It's a form of speech, and it is protected by the First Amendment. How you should respond if this happens to you will depend upon the circumstances, but you should not seek "revenge" for a mere insult and you should not expect the law to help you.
