What will happen if a 18 year old girl gets pregnant by a 17 year old boy?

A baby will come in 9 months. The traditional approach is to get married and live as a family. The modern way is for her to go on welfare and send him the bill for medical insurance and child support. Either way babies cost lots of money and both parents will have to get jobs. There are state programs, or at least there used to be, to help her with nutrition (WIC) and to pay the medical expenses of childbirth and early childhood medical care.
