Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
A woman outside keeps cursing at me while I am trying to talk to my mom on the phone. I lose my Temper and tell he to shut up walk into my apt to grab my smokes. Her husband runs into my apt while the wife was trying to hold him back so I grab my gun as he's coming in my home even further then I pull it on him and be runs away. I call the cops they come and won't even arrest the guy or file a report. What should I do about the guy. What should I do about the police.
