Adult Website Liabilities
I am looking for consultation to assess the terms and conditions page for my website, in addition to advice on my model release forms and other questions relating to the sensitive nature of owning and operating an adult website. I called your offices directly for consultation and was advised that no one could help me via telephone or appointment -- I could only have my questions answered via email? I would actually like to set up an appointment with someone to review my contracts but I would like to make sure that the attorney is familiar with this kind of situation.
