I'm tempted to say that boilerplate contracts are worth what you paid for them, but that's too simple. You may be lucky enough to find a boilerplate contract that's perfect, or you might adopt one that'll cause you all kinds of grief.

The best source of boilerplate contracts is from other people in the same business. Make some professional acquaintances with others who are either far enough away or doing something sufficiently different so you don't look like competition, then see if they're interested in striking up a professional acquaintanceship.

The ask them about their contracts.

Have a lawyer review it for your needs. Sometimes fine-tuning boilerplate is the cheapest way to get an acceptable document. It's still a bit below first-cabin practice.
