Who can do business over the Internet?
I reside in California and am looking to start a webpage on AOL [America Online] which is sort of an on-line catalog that sells/buys/trades collectible trading cards within the U.S. and its territories, etc.
I was wondering if I can legally do this; I do not own a business and do not expect to profit much.
