car loan people
I am behind on my car payment and
the loan company is some tapping
my phone by calling me. They are
using different numbers to call me
from my address book in my phone.
They're breaking and entering on my
phone. This is how it is on my phone
,it shows my friends and relatives are
calling but it's lobel financial company
behind the line. Is this illegal?

They may be engaging in wire-fraud, or violating the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act. Look into the FDCPA, as you may be able to prevent them from calling you at all... and require all contact to be made in writing.
As for the criminal component, contact the U.S. Attorney's office for your city. Also consider making a report to your phone company... they don't like being "gamed" this way.
