Do I have a case?

Website has false and misleading information....

I subscirbed to Dealer program on a website because of all the good information on their webpage...And after paying, I came to find out most of the stuff on there is false.. Can I sue the owner of this website?

You might have a very hard time collecting on a judgment. So Mr. Firemark's suggestions are wise. Having a lawyer pressure them for your money back may work and reporting them to the FTC, FBI, CA Attorney General, BBB, etc. is certainly appropriate. You can also report them on Rip Off Report com and they'll never get out from under this, just make sure what you post is completely true and proveable.

You may have a case under unfair business practices laws. If they're using false information to induce you into payment, it's FRAUD. You may also want to contact the FTC and the FBI about this... since they're using the internet to conduct a fraud scheme, it's a CRIME... Wire Fraud

That said, you should first, demand a refund... given the foregoing, they'll probably want to return your money to avoid the trouble. If not... hire a lawyer.
