Chatroom man sending my nude photos to my house
I live with my parents, Im over 18, Ive been chatting at a Yahoo chatroom for quiet sometime now. I showed my cam to some men in there. One of them took a picture of it while I was nude. Now, that man sent it to another man and now is telling me that he sent my photos to my house. He says quote ''now your father knows what you really do online''. Now I want to know, do I have a legitimate lawsuit against this man?

My guess is that this guy is bluffing, trying to scare you, etc. If he's blackmailing you, you might have some recourse with the police.
Also, if the photos were taken BEFORE you were 18 years old... mere possession of them is a crime.

You could theoretically take him to court if you know where he lives and you can prove all of this, but what is your role in all of this? You used very poor judgment in sending webcam pictures to strangers on the internet, and you assumed the risk that the photos would propagate. If I were you and I was unable to exercise self-control as to what I did with a webcam, I would take a pair of scissors and snip the wire to it.
