Legal Question in Technology Law in California

comparative pricing

can I post a store's prices on my commercial web site without their permission. Assuming the prices I post are accurate and time dated, can I post a chart comparing prices various brick and mortar stores charge for the identical item? Does a business have the legal right to force me to stop quoting their in- store price on my web site?

Re: comparative pricing

You can post it and as long as it is true they cannot stop you.
