Copyright or other legal infringement when copying a logo and website to show to

Hello,

I want to copy a business's website and mail it back to that business on a CD. The CD will feature a label of this business and its logo.

The contents of the CD is copyrighted (the business's website) and the label might include their copyrighted logo as well.

Can I do this with out any permission? The CD IS NOT TO BE SOLD, merely sent back to the company that owns the website/logo. The CD will not be distributed to anyone else.
