Hmmm... I think your easiest recourse is to unsubscribe from Facebook to stop receiving spam. However, there may be a cause of action against Facebook for selling/disclosing their subscriber's email addresses or other personal information. But, you may have agreed when signing-up to something like 'receive emails from affilliates of Facebook' in which case, it's just par for the course. One would have to review the Facebook Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, opt-out provisions, and the facts of the disclosure to know whether there is a viable underlying cause of action.

If there is a current class action filed in Orange County, you may be able to access it on-line and see the status of the lawsuit. If a class action is underway, contact plaintiffs' attorneys, whose contact info will either be listed on-line or will be on record with the Clerk of Court.
