Domain Admin liability

I have a small claims court case against a business that refuses to pay me wages earned. The business is advertised on the internet. I have included the Yahoo Web Domain's Administrators Name in my law suit. Can the Admin

named be held legally responsible for wages not paid by

the business? A judge said the registered Admin name does not make that person owner or partner of the business. I need other proof verifying the Admin name registered is an

owner or partner of the business. Is the Admin named on an

internet web domain responsible and liable? The business does not have a current business license, and not accounting for its employees taxes legally.

Don't sue parties who aren't legally responsible, you could get burned/countersued. If you were an employee and are owed wages, avoid lawsuit hassles -- file a claim with the Labor Commissioner, California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement.
