What statutes can be used to prevent someone from the unauthorized use of anothers domain name. A business was sold, but the use of the domain name was expressly excluded from the sale.

Re: Domain names
You don't state whether you were the buyer or the seller of the business. Nor do you indicate whether either party has a fictitious business name or registered trademark. There are many circumstances that influence the law in this regard.
