Legal Question in Technology Law in California

ex's blog

my ex has been writing about me off and on since we broke up about a year ago. i have constantly asked her not to mention me by name yet she still does. pictues were posted at one time and lately shes made comments about how i owe her $ which i dont and just last night she went nuts and posted that i was stalking her. is there anything i can do to stop this craziness?

If her statements are true, there's not much you can do about it. IF her statements are FALSE, you may have a Libel claim.

There may also be some privacy rights involved... You'd do well to consult an attorney.
