Legal Question in Technology Law in California
Extremist nationalist website
Hello ! I found the web-site of a extremist nationalist - ''Christian'' (neo-nazist) group, who is hosted on some US servers (California), with content in other language. The web-hosting is a comercial one (a big site that providers web-hosting for some money), not a private one.
This group is famous for its serious warnings for some known people (in other country than US).
They don't have some graphical signs to show this but from their content it's clear that their site is for propaganda of extremist nationalist group.
Their content is legal following the US's laws ? Can their website be cancelled (removed) ? Their content follows the ''.org'' rules and code of conduct ?
I ask on this ''forum'' beucase I'm not from US and I don't know the laws.

Re: Extremist nationalist website
There is no way to answer your question without knowing what the "serious warnings" are. Actual threats of violence against individuals can be criminal, but "propaganda of extremist nationalist groups" is perfectly legal.
Re: Extremist nationalist website
The U.S. Constitution protects most kinds of speech from interference or restriction by government,(including court-imposed prior restraints)
So, unless the speech in question amounts to an actual, credible threat against a person or persons, it's unlikely that the website can be taken down.
