I am doing my homework for class and need to interview a law professional. I need to know about their experiences with technology in the court room, e-filing,and accessing electronic court records?

Most federal courts require e-filing, and electronic federal court records are available from PACER for 8 cents a page. Most California state courts have web sites, but the quality and cost of information varies by county and can be insanely expensive. Some California county courts allow e-filing of small claims cases. Lawyers can appear by telephone in many courts for an insanely expensive fee (people think we are made of money). Many state and federal courts have projectors that can be used to show exhibits, usually it is free to use them.
