Legal Question in Technology Law in California

My husband filed for divorce in May of this year, In August he obtained my personal email accounts that he didn't know I had, somehow got into them and forwared email content to another person who has now been calling my cell phone and sending vuglar text messages. He also got into my facebook and copied my messages to a memory card and has threatened to show my family, place of employment and firneds. What legal action can I take?
