Legal Question in Technology Law in California
I installed a software for limited time Trial Period e.g. 30 days.
If I delete the installed files on PC and re-install the program, I can RESET the Trial Period and it never expires. As a result , I do not need to buy the software and still can use the Trial version of the software without time limit.
The whole process do NOT involve changing the program , code, but only DELETE files, Uninstall, and RE-install.
Is it legal??

No. The software company's intention is to give you thirty days free trial. Discovering a work-around does not render your method any more legal than changing the program. Actually, in a sense you are changing the program.
I agree with Mr. Whipple. That you are able to do something does not make it legal. Your question is like asking if you can legally enter someone else's home without permission because you have figured out how to jimmy their lock.
