Use of internet on state time in correctional facuility brach of security?
I am a supervisor in a correctional facility. Recently we acquired computers that can access the internet. Being it is a secure area where security is number what law if any regulates this misuse of state equiptment.

There are laws forbidding the use of state property for personal gain but you are not limited to just the law. An employer can enforce any rules it wants to over use of its property as a matter of policy.
