Legal Question in Technology Law in California
Is it legal for me to clean items that would normally be perfectly legal to have on a PC off of a PC owned by a known parolee? The material would probably cause a violation for said parolee.

No. Unless it's YOUR computer, It's the parolee's business, not yours.
