Depending on how you are uploading the photos and depending on if you have permission to use the photo, your actions could be considered a copyright infringement on the photograph.

I don't disagree with Mr. Betinoni; his answer is good. I'd have said it a little differently: If you took the picture and haven't given the rights to it to someone else (e.g., Wikipedia), you can use the photo elsewhere without breaking any law.
