Obscene harassment over the internet

I have a woman, claims to be a young girl, writing me obscene emails from multiple addresses (that I keep trying to block), she has my phone number that I did not disclose to her and calls my house with obscene messages. I don't know where this girl came from or how she got my email. She refuses to leave me alone after I reported her to the webmaster of her email. What course do I need to take to get this to stop?
