Is it legal to join online casino affiliate programs in California? These programs involve creating a website that advertises a particular online casino. For each person who joins the casino through your website, you will receive a percentage of the casino's profit off of that player (usually around 30%). Is it legal to make money in this manner in the United States (in California)? I realize that operating an online casino from within the U.S. is illegal, but is this type of advertising ok?

Do you think it would be legal to run ads for the Colombian cartel's cocaine or the Mafia's hitman service? You could be presecuted as a conspirator. Stay away from it.
