What options do I have as far as cyber idenity theft and cyper stalking? Someone is impersonating me on the social network.

Option #1 is to call law enforcement and make a report. If that fails, there are private companies that make a business of investigating on-line malicious attacks and providing a defense or counter-attack. I can't think of the name of the one that's advertisng on the radio now (KCBS in northern California) but call the station and they can tell you.
