posting ad in my name
someone posted a personal ad in my name saying i was lonley married woman needing sex.one guy showed up.what if he woulod have been crazy? what if would have done me harm? he didnt, but is this actionable?

Yes it is, either as harassment or infliction of emotional distress, possibly otherwise as well, but you should be asking attorneys that work in the area of torts, rather than computers and technology; it is the substance of what was done not the delivery mechanism that is the heart of your case.
