Legal Question in Technology Law in California
I am receiving emails from my bank, and their emails do not contain unsubscribe link or related information to stop receiving advertisements from them.
I thoughts ALL commercial emails are required to have unsubscribe information in every email they send out. What should I do?

Unfortunately you have an existing business relationship with this bank and they are therefore free to spam you. You are free to switch banks and to either not give your bank your email address, or to set up a separate email account for such things.

I think it is based upon your having an account with the bank. It puts them in a different category under the law.
