Stop Emailing me
I ordered something from an online company and was very unhappy with their services. I emailed them and told them to delete my information and stop emailing me. I am still receiving email from them what can I do to make them stop!!

You can easily solve this problem by obtaining email client software having a "kill filter."

Your rights under the law depend largely upon the content of the email. Does it provide any opt-out provision at all, or does it just not comply when you request to opt out?
You can search whether other people have complained about the company at news.admin.net-abuse.email.
