Legal Question in Technology Law in California

I wanted to make a free website hosted by google. I was thinking to make it an adult site where I review other sites. I would also have links to their sites. also maybe putting up some pictures or snapshots. would it be illegal to do any of that?

I dont plan on asking them perrmission mainly because I wouldn't know how..

well any legal advice concerning this woull be very helpfull.
