Im wanting to start an online buisness that makes Novelty Documents. These documents will be sold to customers for entertainment purpose, or training. I plan to replicate whatever type document my customer needs. They will purchase online. And the file will be shipped Via email that was provided. I do not make any hardcopys. Only digital media which will clearly have my companys watermak located somewhere on the file. I live in ca
Will i run into any legal trouble?

This really depends on what you mean by "novelty documents." You might have copyright issues and if these have legal effect and it is perceived that you are providing them specifically to people based on their needs that could be considered the unlicensed practice of law.
