Website Watchdog
I recently had severe customer service problems with a website affecting my business. The only person I found I could complain to, was the better business bureau. I'm interested in starting a site where there is another alternative for unsatisfied customers.

Is there a question? If you had described the situation a bit more - without naming the website in question - perhaps an attorney could have suggested some other avenues of recourse. You may want to repost your question accordingly.
