Legal Question in Technology Law in California
About a year ago, my ex boyfriend was being deployed to Iraq. So he asked me for some pictures and videos, stupid enough, I sent it to him. I regretted it later on, and when I told him. He said he deleted them all. A few months later I wanted to break up with him and when I stopped talking to him, he started threatening me saying he would post my pictures and videos up on the internet and send it to everyone I know. He decided not to do it later on. A few months has passed and yesterday he began to message and text me nonstop. I told him to stop talking to me, he got all mad and said when he gets back to base he would post up my pictures and videos. Then he told me to "have a nice life whore."

You may want to contact his superiors about this. (I don't know how to do that, but if you contact the base where his unit is stationed they may be able to tell you.) The military doesn't like this sort of conduct, so it might intervene and order him to leave you alone. He won't like the consequences of violating such an order, so he's likely to follow it.
If the military won't help you, your remedy is to seek a restraining order. Offhand I'm not sure how to do that against a serviceman on active duty, especially one who has been deployed overseas.
