Legal Question in Constitutional Law in California
How can we acquire a power of attorney for my mom which is going to be used in the Philippine.
My mom resides here in California and she is immobile, she wants power of attorney for my dad and her kids, what is the procedures on this.

If she wants to give someone power of attorney to use over there then you need to contact someone who knows the law in the Philippines, not here.

Mr. Shers is right. A power of attorney ("POA") will only work in the Philippines if it complies with Philippine law. A California POA almost certainly wouldn't work there. For all I know, the Philippines may not allow POAs at all.
