Legal Question in Constitutional Law in California
birth cert and ss#
My step daughter just turned 18 and went to dmv to apply for an ID card. They said they cant give her one because her social security card and birth cert dont match. her birth says Tabitha Elizabeth Bundy-( Hoogendyk). And then her social security says
Tabitha Elizabeth-(Bundy Hoogendyk) So one reads her name as 2 last names and one reads it as 2 middle names. shes getting married in 3 months and needs an ID. How do we fix this?

Re: birth cert and ss#
Social security should match the birth certificate. She should talk to the social security officials to correct it.
