Legal Question in Constitutional Law in California
Im not sure if this is the right catagory but
I walked out of a friends house to get something out of my rv.we were cooking for dinner. 2 ft out of the door the sheriffs(on the sidewalk) told me to stop , what was I doing etc. they make the other 2 people in the house come out. We were interogated for over an hr accused of doing and havihg drugs I repeatedly told them I didnt have any on me nor in my vehicle nor were there any in the home to my knowledge Nothing happened to lead to this event nor has there been any drugs taken sold etc at this house. Can they do this for no reason? We were scared we said we did do some so they would let us go. What can I do????/////
