Legal Question in Constitutional Law in California
Can a cop come into my house with out a warrant. yesterday i was drinking with my brother and brother in law and my brother started a fight with my brither in law and i neighbor must have called the police when they came i refused to open the door so they kicked in my door and came in at gun point and put every down they did their thing and at the end no one got arrested

Police can enter private property without a warrant -- and against the occupants' wishes -- if they have a reasonable belief that someone inside may be in imminent danger. They can use force if need be. That seems to be what happened here.
