Re: Is corporation a person or citizen?
For purposes of diversity in federal court, a corporation has two citizenships -- its state of incorporation and the state in which it has its principal place of business. Just because it's registered in California doesn't mean it's a citizen of this state for diversity purposes. I'm not sure what else you're asking.
