Legal Question in Constitutional Law in California

The DA placed a protective order against me before I entered a plea or had any opportunity to defend myself in a case of minor vandalism. Because the protective order also demanded I turn in any firearms in my possession. This means they have taken away my rights without due process of law. Furthermore because I didn't turn in my LEGALLY OWNED firearms I had a gang of armed thugs (Cal DOJ) come to my home and arrest me for possessing a firearm WHICH I LEGALLY OWNED.

Do I have a case against the State, the DA and/or the California DOJ?

You gave up the right to own or possess your legally purchased firearms when you made your plea bargain.

If you were unaware of that you can foo to court, ask to set aside your plea bargain and go for a trial. You should know that if you are convicted you'll serve jail or prison time and be subject to other penalties, including loss of your right to own or possess firearms.

Good luck.
