Legal Question in Constitutional Law in California
My dad is an immigrant and he just got arrested for a warrant he has a long time ago. We got him out on bail because ICE did not have a hold on him. He goes to court tomorrow and we are scared he might go back but we are unsure because the ICE never has a hold on him only the jail. When we were bailing him out the ICE called and said hold him and the bailiff said he is gone already when we were standing their. Do you think they will take him tomorrow? Please respon ASAP please I'm scared. And I need to be prepared

Calling your father an "immigrant" doesn't give us enough information. Is he here legally or illegally? Does he have a criminal record, either here or in his home country?
Additionally, your question is more about immigration law than constitutional law. Please re-post it under that category, and please provide a bit more information when you do.
Good luck.
