falsly arrested,lost custody of children

I was arrested for under the influence by my ex husband. He sent the cops to my house were i was arrested. I have had sole custody of my children for 8 years. cheif of police got with my ex and had a family court date made a few days after.I bailed out and went and should Taft pd that I have sole custody. They said I wasnt getting my children and if I tried they would arrest me. the court day came for family court and my ex was granted temp. custody since the children were in his care already. about 3 months went by with me fighting my charge and i won. We went back to family court and we were granted joint custody with the primary residence with my ex. I want my kids back,they want to be with me. I was to me falsly arrested, wasnt allowed a phone call by taft pd, also when they did arrest me I had a major anxiety attack and they would not give me medical help for ,they finally did after i almost collapsed, they sent two woman in to search me, i was on the ground as they were lifting my shirt up and taking my belt off, i looked up and the male officer is standing right there,they were very mean. the day before my daughter was just attacked very viciously by a dog so i was very upset,she had to witness me being arrested .Help me
