frather fake his death and after 15 year we find him with new family .when we talk to new family he denies us so he tells us to get a dna to prove that he is not our dad so when the test comes back 99.9 that we r his kids .... he tells us that we whant his money he is verry well off what legal advise .... we now r adults 34 years when we where told that he died we where 18years

I do not see what remedy you have. You could probably sue him for intentional infliction of emotional distress, but when he left you were too old to get child support. You would have to sue him in the state where he now lives.
You have no more rights than if he just said, "Goodbye, I'm leaving you forever," when you were 18. If he dies, you may have a claim to some of his estate, if he has no will or a will that doesn't properly exculude you, but that's it. Once you turn 18 your parents legally owe you nothing.
