Legal Question in Constitutional Law in California
I was using the internet and decided to watch The Pursuit of Happiness online while using Verizon's internet services. The following message was displayed: "Due to an account related issue,
your Verizon services have been suspended. " I am not the owner of the account have have notified Verizon several times over the previous 8 months of this fact, thus allowing them time to acknowledge my legitimate use of their services. What litigation should be filed?

Your question isn't clear. If Verizon closed an account that wasn't yours to begin with, why would you have a claim against them? And how does the fact that the account wasn't yours prove that you were using it legitimately?
Also, were you watching the movie illegally (perhaps on a site which did not have the right to show it, or perhaps by evading a system that was supposed to charge you for access) when the account was suspended? If so, you may need to worry more about somebody suing you than about whether you can sue them.
