what should i do about a law inforcement agency that has gone around my neiborhood asking peaple if they have seen any thing out of the ordnary and for them to call the angency if they do,all because of shady friends of mine.the neibborhood is now snubing me.what rights do i have?

The police can ask questions of your neighbors, there is nothing illegal about that. They can also legally ask others to report illegal or suspicious activity.
