Legal Question in Constitutional Law in California
Knowingly eluding a subpoena
Can you leave the state knowing that the courts are trying to issue you a subpoena? Is there a law stating that you MUST accept a subpoena in the state of California?

Re: Knowingly eluding a subpoena
there is no law against hiding from a subpoena but if they find you it doesnt matter if you accept it or not. they can drop it on the ground in front of you and you are served.
