lease agreement
my landlord is trying to evict me
because i have my 215 medical
marijauna card stating i violated
agreement by breaking federal law.

If your agreement prevents smoking in your building then that may be an issue. But the fact that you may possess marijuana pursuant to your valid med mar card, should not be grounds for the landlord to evict you. A review of your rental agreement would be a neccessary first step.
