Is it legal for school administrators DURING HIGH SCHOOL to search your twitter and use what you said against you? For instance, "Who wants to get high?" Even though it was last year?

You have no reasonable expectation of privacy in your tweets. That means any government official can look at them anytime, for any reason -- or even for no reason.
You haven't explained how the school is using your old tweet against you. Some uses would be fine, others would not. Without more information, that's the best I can do.
