Military Recruitment Actions
How is it permissible that the Federal Govt can, for the sake of military recruiting, call young men and women day and night, harrass them at their schools and jobs, and demand from learning institutions a list of names and personal information?

In america anyone can do anything as long as they do not violate the law. which law do you contend they are violating?
