Motion to supress

My attorney filed a motion to supress stating illeagal search failing to adress the illeagal stop the motion was denied will i have any possible opportunity to raise the issue of the stop?

Your lawyer probably does not agree with your view that the stop was illegal. If she believes the police acted legally, she won't challenge the stop even if the law permits her to do so.

I would need to know more about the case before I could say whether you still have a right to challenge the stop, though chances are that you can.
